Keeping myself fit and healthy became part of my lifestyle. Regular workouts and good nutrition keeps me going everyday no matter how busy I am as a mother of two. With the tandem of me and my husband, we continue with our fitness lifestyle by challenging ourselves with workouts and combining our skills and knowledge in providing fun and challenging workouts to our clients. We want to help and share others how fitness can help anyone have a positive outlook in life.
I started as a fitness enthusiast and found passion in keeping myself fit and healthy. Joined a bikini/fitness contest to test how far I can push myself to build my best physique. With my experience in training together with my husband who is also a personal trainer and fitness competitor, this paved the way for me to start teaching and sharing my knowledge in the field of fitness by working as a fitness trainer in a well known gym and moving on to be a freelance personal trainer and group instructor. Currently teaching as a group exercise coach in a well known company and also as a freelance personal trainer.
