Fitness has been my constant tool to become stronger physically, mentally and emotionally every day. Unlocking a new fitness achievement always means breaking through a barrier in every aspect of life, which, over the years, has given me confidence in myself and my capabilities.
With this confidence along with the practice of mindfulness, I am able to take care of myself from a loving place and inspire those around me to live a joyful, robust and top quality life that prioritises the things that matters most in life – relationships, health and over all well being.
