Move You Better (MYB) was conceptualized with the goal of addressing an individual’s as well as an athlete’s recovery needs. The old thinking was that rehabilitation is the solution. But pre-habilitation may be the optimal answer for fitness enthusiasts so they can enjoy their training and even achieve better results in whatever sport or activity they choose.
MYB sessions would include wellness practices such as kinesiology tape, compression and decompression myofascial release as well as alternative practices like the use of essential oils and blends. It may also include fitness practices like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), MISS (Medium Intensity Steady State) that are aimed to improve athletes’ performance.
