Area63.Run is community of runners with a mission to build endurance and cardiovascular health through running. It also aims to teach proper running techniques to avoid injury and burn out.

The sessions may be done on the treadmill or out in your neighbourhood roads. Run drills to strengthen relevant muscle groups will also be offered.
