A workout that will improve your strength, gain more muscle and/or lose fat at the same time. The routines given will more or less be repeated for the next 4 weeks to build correct movement patterns and movement efficiency.
It is composed of three distinct training programs to help build strength and muscle, lose fat and then progressively get you leaner by the end of 8 weeks. The beauty of the program is that it shifts gears every two weeks to keep boredom at bay and to ramp up progress for continued results.
