A variety of exercises are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, cardio and functional fitness to enhance one’s health.
Body weight will primarily be used, with minimal equipment to offer resistance (hand-held weights/water bottles, resistance bands/towel).
This low-impact, high-intensity class will not only increase your strength, mobility and muscle function but will also burn unwanted fat hence getting a toned body in the long run.
This class is great for all age groups as this program gives the instructor the ability to tailor the class with new exercises, while keeping it challenging to the most advanced students and everyone in between.
Since this is a general class, the program is designed to develop sustainable efforts from the side of the clients. It’s not built for those dreaming of competing for body building events.
