AboitizLand and Area63.Fitness invite you to Tiny Habits plus Yoga for Everyday Wellness.
Our session will start with a foundational topic on habits to be led by Area63 Fitness’ founder and Tiny Habits coach, Mench Dizon. Shortly after, Teacher Chloe of Bliss Yoga, will guide us to a yoga session best fit for our new normal work setting.
Bliss Yoga is a partner trainer of Area63.Fitness.
